A few of our readers, and several followers on Twitter, asked us if we would make a short, how-to video to go along with our article on inverted AeroPressing; how could we say no? In a little less time then it takes to brew a cup for yourself, you can see the basic steps involved with this method.
Inverted style is the only way I brew with my AeroPress. It produces a more well-rounded, balanced cup of coffee and uses fewer beans. This has been attributed in part to the slightly longer brew time and to the fact that none of the coffee can leak out during the brewing. Once you get the hang of it, and fine tune the process, you may be a convert yourself. If you would like more info on this method, there is a link to the original article below. I would also like to say thank you to the guys at Metavari for allowing me to use their wonderful music again. Follow the link below to their website if you are interested in hearing more.
